This patch fixed all the following bugs:

· Therapy session after cave trauma scene stuck, unable to progress.
· Anne and the tavernkeeper's wrong & missing dialogues.
· Inventory bugs.
· Long auto-save.
· H-scene bugs.
· Endless loop after fishing.
· Renting room crash.
And some more minor bugs.
